David P James is a Master Craftsman, cabinet maker, wood turner and woodcarver.

Aged 45 he has spent many years perfecting the art of creating truly classic masterpieces using the finest materials to customers requirements here in the UK and overseas, from his workshop based in the heart of Robin Hood Country in Nottinghamshire, England.

David produces handcrafted cabinets and timber components of the finest quality to your individual requirements using only the very best kiln dried timbers.

As a master craftsman you can be assured that his attention to detail is astonishing, whether it is a minor repair to your cherished wardrobe, or the removal of a scratch to your coffee table, David can restore it to its former glory.

If your requirement is for the creation of a one off cabinet, wardrobe or dresser, Davids abilities will shine through.

All cabinets are produced individually using skills that are now rarely available.

Only the very best kiln dried timbers such as Oak, Beech, Maple, Cherry, Mahogany or pine are used though if your requirements are for a more exotic species to be used this is no problem. If it's available it can be imported from the four corners of the world.

Whether it be fine furniture, modern or traditional, low volume wood turning or restoration projects, please rest assured that attention to detail and quality is of paramount importance.
